This practice provides telehealth-only mental health services to clients physically located in Texas, Florida, and Virginia at the time of their appointment.
Metabolic and weight-management services are available to Florida clients only.

Administrative Fees

Fees may apply for non-clinical administrative services, including but not limited to completion of forms, letters, paperwork, record requests, and other documentation outside of scheduled appointments.

Any applicable fees will be disclosed prior to completion of the requested service.
